I am also an Internet Researcher for a Recruiting firm. There are many user groups that you can go to and get names to start calling but inviting people over for pizza isn't the answer. I would suggest you go to a seminar for searching on the internet. Try AIRS.com it's a very good source of training that all recruiters can find useful. |
