Does anybody know of telecom salary surveys that are available on the Web? I'd like to benchmark my salary as a Manager with other Managers at CLECs and ILECs. |

My suggestion would be to go through human resource channels, i.e. your company's HR department or a website such as SHRM.org or erexchange.com to find out more information on competitive salary ranges. Consulting firms have this info available to HR dept., but it can be pricey. If I can help any further, let me know!
