I just left a CLEC where I worked for 2 years. It was a bad experience because the CLEC was poorly run. I'm interested in hearing about your CLEC employment experiences. Have they been positive or negative, and why? |

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience. As a corporate recruiter for a CLEC, it is disappointng to see the market damaged by companies that don't value their "HUMAN CAPITAL".
