Has anyone ever wondered why US is increasing H-1B visas...
H-1B visaholders are the ones who are paying for most of the benefits all the Americans are enjoying...
H-1B visaholders pay social security tax, medicare tax, other federal tax, state tax, etc... They pay roughly 30% of their income supporting Americans... And they are sure that they will never get a penny out of all the taxes they are paying...
They are never going to get social security or other compensation / medicare, etc... They pay for all these services which are enjoyed by the Americans...
By increasing the H-1B visas, US has made a smart decision. They import people to work for them. So while the H-1 visaholders work, Americans can relax and others who don't want to work can get compensation etc.
This is a very smart move by the US Senate.
The U.S. Senate have increased the H-1 quota, but they are not working on improving INS which takes 3-5 years to process Green cards. The backlogs in processing of green cards is increasing. Increase in H-1 visas will further increase the backlog and US Senate or INS is not taking any steps in reducing the backlog.
This is a great move by US. They suck all what an H1B visaholder has to offer (during the prime 6 years of his/her life) and then just throw them out of the country and replace with a fresh batch of H-1B visaholders and suck them for another 6 years.
This is an excellent strategy... This is a great business model... A business model in which Revenues come in from H-1 B visaholder's taxes and zero expense in maintaining all the h-1b visa people.
Good Job U.S. Senate.... U.S. gets a best business strategy award. Other countries don't even come close to this model.
