Clearly, MS and GS are great firms with good tech practices, but the focus on Tech is ancillary and have been losing deals to both CSFB and RS as a result of being conflicted and the crap that they have taken public...over 30% of GS Tech have broken issue in the last 12 months. The only true tech banks are CSFB and RS and this supported in the league tables.
