Target has set salary levels called pay grades... The higher up you go the more salary you generally make. As for determining what the competition is paying (including salary, benefit worth, vaction time, etc.) that work is done by either a neefits analyst sub-contractor/consultant or by someone in a similar HR position wirking within the company. |
