I recently got a new job working a 3-11:30 p.m. shift and can't seem to figure out how to meet new people outside of work. I'm a single guy in my 20s and am getting tired of the bar scene.
Anyone else been in a similar situation? How do you keep things interesting on a shift that keeps you at work during the hours that everyone else is enjoying their free time? |

Hit the gym. Meet people for a real lunch. Then head to work. And of course you have time after work on Fridays if people at work head out for an adult beverage ... and the weekends, of course, full of activities that may lede to those lunches ...
