buying it. His "acting" is so bad. Even Nicole Kidman said on Letterman tonight, "If Tom is in love, I'm happy for him." Emphasis on IF.
Katie Holmes must think this is good for her career, or maybe she just thinks it's really cool to get all this attention from Tom Cruise--but the backlash on her is already starting. She's making a big mistake. |

...it was GREAT for her career! A friend of mine told me way back when the two of them were getting married, that it was well known by insiders that they would divorce before their 10th anniversary.
Why? It was a business deal.
They liked each other enough to play house.
Tom would get the hetero cred he needed, Nicole would get the career and all the money she could ever need.
Do you really think she would have gotten this far w/o the 'Cruise effect' & his PR machine?
She was a little known Australian actress with marginal talent. And look at her now! One of the most sought-after names for top roles...with average talent.
