Give him some time and you'll come to see how arrogant he is, which is pretty funny since he's only like 23 years old, and hasn't proven himself. He is a decent reporter, but as an anchor, his delivery sucks....and producers...be ready for him to rewrite your stories and not tell you about it...
He's a kid and he's still very green, which he'll prove before too long.
