Can anyone shed some light on why this person has been saying she was the News Director of KOIN in Portland, while all along, Dan Salamone was the News Director there? Dan is well-known throughout the industry.
I'm thinking of applying for a job but have heard about this woman's extreme lack of experience and professionalism. Add to that, she's been caught falsifying her credentials because she never was the news director, just an assistant. I understand management forced her to "resign" but is the shop really a good place to work? |

when sal. was hiring for the deuce job he sold it as 'running the news dept' since his title was 'station mngr' with duties supposedly beyond news. your note is confusing tho - are you applying to work at koin now in which case irene m is irrelevant or are you applying to work somewhere else she has just appeared??
