Do not have first-hand experience with KFXA since I live here in Nebraska but I do have friends at KGAN. From the understanding I have, KFXA is The Fox station in Dubuque and is affiliated with KGAN. I also believe KGAN helps to produce the 9:00 P.M. news at The Fox Station in Des Moines, Iowa. That sounds like a lot of sharing and wearing the resources thin. The friend I have says they are way back in the ratings. Guess who owns them? That would be Sinclair. Proceed at your own risk.
