The description says morning anchor and reporter but will work verying shifts. On their site they already have a female morning anchor. Does this mean they are looking for a male to fill the opening??? |

They are still looking for a morning anchor, even though a decision will be made soon. Turns out, their current anchor wants to get some reporting on her resume tape. So, management switched her to reporting and are now looking for a morning anchor. Be advised, this is not your average anchoring position. Everything is pre-recorded, very little live except for breaking news. The anchor sits at the desk by themselves for a couple of hours taping the v/o's and pkg intros. Very little interaction with other talent (i.e. reporter or weather guy).
