It's not as bad as some of the rumors but it's close. Station won't even give measly 3% raises written into contract. ND has trouble with the truth and is way too hands on - even moves the cameras himself. He's one of those four cell phones, two pager guys that has bitten off more than he can chew and won't admit to it. Still, with the new equipment things are looking up.
