That's what he's calling himself now. But "play-by-play" on the news? Aw, c'mon!
He's really a "color commentator" on the news. He used to work in sports in Kansas City -- so he should know the difference. Of course, that's never stopped him before....

Make no mistake about it; Bill O'Reilly has paid his journalistic dues. More so than most posters on this site. He's a highly capable journalist and a very fine writer. Always has been.
