...they had plenty of proof against a certain former football player...and more than enough proof against a certain "King of Pop". If you're a celebrity in California, you get a pass.
Actually, you a pass, because you get a different standard of justice: clearly jurors will only convict celebrities if they find they're guilty beyond ALL doubt. The rest of us have to make do with the old "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard. |

again.. i challenge anyone out there making the accusations about his sexuality to come up with DEFINITIVE, IRREFUTABLE PROOF..that cruise is gay..and "c'mon, EVERYBODY knows it" DOESN'T pass the test..to keep saying it and offering no proof makes the lot of you no better than the worst of the supermarket tabloids..i thought there were professional journalists on this board.. obviously, i was wrong..personally, i couldn't care less what the man's orientation is.. just someone PROVE your charge, please.. or shut up about it..
