The boys mother was a self confessed "GRIFTER!" The DA gambled and lost big time! If he really did molest those boys, why didn't someone with better credibility come forward?
This was a sham from the begining!

definition of "jury nullification"..jury nullificatiuon occurs when a jury decides to disregard the judge's jury instructions, and disregard the applicable law, and reaches a verdict based on their own feelings about the case..disregarding the evidence is part of it, but it's mainly disregarding the jury instructions that qualifies it as "jury nullification"..that WASN'T what they did.. they sat through 14 weeks of testimony, deliberated 32 hours, and simply decided tom sneddon HAD NOT PROVED his case beyaond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty..they did, in other words, EXACTLY what they were supposed to do.. and i don't question their decision.. nor should you..
