In Reply To: FNC was out in left field. It seems like Shep Smith and Andrew Napolitano had Jacko hung out to dry well before the verdict was read. They pointed to "likely" signs that Jacko was guilty including the prosecutor looking confident and Jackson's attorney nervous. The of course from inside the court room where Shep says jurors were staring at the judge while he reviewed the verdict. Another sure sign that Jacko was done for. And Shep talking about his "experience" in covering the courts all added up to a conviction. Oh, puleese! Now we'll analyze the heck out of it for the next month.
Message: After the verdict while Jackson was driving home Shep said, "just because he is found not guilty doesn't mean he didn't do it." Nice ... so much for the innocent until PROVEN guilty. But the funniest part was when he tossed to FNC's other legal expert (not Nappy ... sorry didn't get his name), "All of were surprised by this decision including our legal expert (insert his name here)" ... toss ... Expert "I'm not surprised at all Shepard, as I told you the other day ...(blah blah blah)". I love live TV.
