Why the Jurors got it wrong in OJ & MJ... but Justice was served when the first Reginald King trial ended in aquittal???
I suppose you think it's a waste of time to retry the Mississippi Burning case or a complete waste of money to re-investigate the Emmett Til murder.
Justice may be colorblind, but it's a crying shame many journalist aren't. |

MJ cleared because of celebrity? He was brought to trial because of celebrity. Tom Sneddon has had it out for Jackson since '93, when MJ made the mistake of paying off some other grifters instead of fighting it out in court. Those first accusers were more than happy to take some cash and let Michael walk. I doubt there credibility as well. The bottom line is Sneddon had no case. He proved Michael is weird, but that isn't against the law, especially in CA. His only witnesses were people trying to shake down a rich star. Anyone with any knowledge of the law saw that this case had no merit from day one. I was really shocked to see it go to trial. I hope Jackson sues Santa Barbara and Sneddon for malicious prosecution. If you don't like MJ fine, but rumors and innuendo just aren't enough to send someone to prison. Unless of course you are at Gitmo, which is another story altogether...
