Of course he is. Everyone charged with a crime is. Don't you listen to talk radio? The trial? The jury?
Nothing more than a ceremony to give the paid analysts something to screech about.
BTW, 164th...if you're a reporter make sure you write it correctly: He may have done it, but he's not guilty. You don't havd to like it....but at least it's accurate.
