Think about what this station has been through...for hose that remain, some may not even want to be there, but they are stuck in contracts. Many of them are trying to make the best of the situation, trying to get better. News 14 does live shots and even if they do not do a lot of hard news...they do get the major stories of the day. The are 24 hours, many are young and inexperienced but some of the reporting staff has experience but imagine going through the grind and frustration they do...they are probably not turning out their best work...but at least they are trying. They also one man band and edit all their own stuff. Some of their reporters are just as good as anyone else in the market...but think about what that station has been through over the past year. When it comes to technical glitches, it may not always be Charlotte's fault...I hear they have to coordinate everything with a control room in Raleigh, with people many of them have never met.
