is a great city. I wasn't talking about that. The television market sucks. It hasn't been that way for long, but that's the way it is now. 12 and 6 are a mess, and NBC has run 10 into the ground. Want proof? There was a time when you needed experince to work there. Now they hire right out of college. Ask Anywone who works there now; they will agree. |

When in the past 25 years has 6 not been a mess? Certainly, they had a short period of credibility in, like, 1983 when they hired John Ghiorse and changed the newscast to WLNE News. The result: Thousands of people changed to 6.
12 spent the 1980's trying to replace Doug White, finally settling on Karen Adams paired with Walter Cryan. Actually, their news team was pretty good at the time.
In the past 25 years, 10 has been the constant news winner with the best team.
