Why you MUST support the Pistons! |

Fellow Americans, it is very clear which team you should support in the 2005 NBA Finals.
You MUST support Detroit -- because San Antonio is the essence of everything that's wrong with this country.
Two of the starting positions on the Spurs are taken by players from OUTSIDE the United States! Tony Parker is from France, Manu Ginoboli from Argentina. (And you could make an argument about Tim Duncan, for that matter.) They're taking U.S. jobs away from U.S. workers!
Besides, the Spurs play in a city with an enormous Hispanic population. How many of those people were actually BORN in San Antonio? Have we really forgotten the Alamo after all??
Be true to your country. Be true to your heritage. Pull for the Pistons.
