So Orthicon, you've obviously been around awhile, if you could only choose between a reporter and a producer as a news director, which would you choose and why?
You've been in this business long enough to have seen the news director position evolve away from (at least in mid-big markets) hands-on, creative development and evolve towards the corporate bottom line reality that it is today.
