First of all, NBC ain't buying this station. Second, if NBC was interested, they sure aren't going to pay that kind of price for market 87.
$100 million is about $50 million too much for that place. Why would you pay that much when you don't even get the building? |

I would say LIN TV. They own FT.Wayne, Layfayette and Indy. They could hub it if they wanted and save $$. I think Emmis is out. Also, possibly Nexstar, Gannett or Liberty might want it.
