I've been in the business, some 10 years or so and I'm fried. Maybe I'll miss it and want to get back in. Maybe I won't. I need to go do something else for a while. What's out there for freelancing? Can any of you recommend an agent who has great contacts in freelance host positions in cable? My last agent didn't have any good contacts, and didn't want to venture into it. I need an agent who has good contacts in cable and production.... |

From my experience, most agents only deal with full-time gigs. You're better off making the calls yourself, networking your tail off. With ten years in the biz, you must have some great contacts.
