I wasn't going to toss my two cents in this discussion until I read a few posts. The best person to run a news department is the one who realizes that it takes everyone on staff to have a winning product. I am so freaking sick and tired of everyone moaning and groaning about what everyone else does and does not do in the newsroom. Everyone's job's important....it's like a cake, without all the ingredients it would be crap. Love what you do people, own it, take pride in it and at the end of the day enjoy what should be a noble profession.....Hey back 9 if you're looking for an ND that can mop the floor with the competition drop me a line.
