I going to guess that "Satguy" is a misspelling of "Sadguy".
And the reason he's 'sad' is because (and no, he's not a 'sat' guy) he works the Tilt-O-Whirl on the western fair circuit.
If you want to meet him in person, you can catch in Yakima (in two weeks), Boise the following week, Bisby (Arizona) for Iron Ore Days, Nagadotches for the Hot Pepper Fiesta and Pueblo for the State Fair.
Bring a 40 oz. PBR and you can ride all day.
Any change you lose on the ride belongs to the operator.
