John was legendary for his hip single guy lifestyle in Philadelphia. Whether planned or coincidence, he got lots of press in print for where he went, who he went there with, etc. Considering he's only a weather person, he generated more attention than any anchor in the city when it came to social and personal activities.
But now, back in the Big Apple, he's an also-ran. And apparently not too happy about it. But that's because in New York, "nobody cares!" |

John as a loser.
Schwaid called him out for what he was - a lazy guy who was nothing but a child.
There was no reall loss when John left. In fact, the morale got better.
Schwaid would put up with John's #@!%$ so he moved off to a place where he could wallow his time away.
