Ive gotten every one of my first 3 jobs from my tape on medialine.
In addition, my news director has hired a number of people on their as well.
A number of agents approached me as well (before I signed with who Im with).
Ive also found it useful to send the link immediately to ND's, who can watch it immediately if they choose... and some have...and theyve called...and ive gotten the job.
So yes...it works. but your tape has to be good of course :) |

It was not my choice, someone else submitted it. I'm really not sure if it helped;it didn't hurt.
I got around 10 calls and only two mentioned they saw me on the site. The rest were through tapes my agent sent.
Personally; I didn't like being on there because most of the Medialine posters just can't wait to rip you.
However, I felt better since I still had four job offers in the end.
