I was lucky. My brother had a friend who's father was an attorney. He handled it for me for free. He didn't even had to send a letter. A phone call took care of it. I know money can be very tight but I would say that hiring an attorney would be money well spent. Think about it. If you think sending out tapes while he's bad-mouthing you is a waste money, spend some of that money on legal help. It doesn't have to be expensive. It would probably be worth it to get peace of mind and take control of your life, instead of feeling helpless. I will say a prayer for you, too. |
