Topic Name: NBC Won't Pay Message Name: Overtime pay Date Posted: 06/10/2005 Message: Just checking in to see if anyone has had a problem with NBC paying overtime to freelancers. I had a friend of mine tell me NBC refuses to pay field producers or crew overtime but never bothered to disclose this prior to booking the gig. If anyone has had a similar problem I'd be interested in hearing how it was resolved or which lawyer got the best settlement! Freelancers need love too! Thanks for your help!
