Gotta respond to something you said earlier regarding dumb time to unionize.
Being familiar w/ KOIN's sitution.... the GM & ND were fired AFTER the employees started the unionization process & informed EMMIS of their intentions. EMMIS didn't do a thing before that...
As for the specifics... I don't know. I escaped before it came to this. I'm sure some KOINers are reading this though. They'll respond. |

should have VOTED for it when it came to balloting. Had they been informed and rational, they would have realized the landscape had changed, and their original reasons fo rthe action were probably now moot.
But by then, the NABET reps had them all fired up.
Too bad.
