Maybe you can run a shop... but you cannot put together a pkg, and have no clue how to break down a reporter's pkg into a vob for your show. (Nothing gets a producer madder then a reporter who doesn't leave them a vob....because it may force the producer to actually do some writing.)So as a first time news director what will a former producer teach his young reporters: basically how to pass the buck
