However, as poor as his job performance as a manager may have been, Dan managed to do something no other recent ND at KOIN had done. He managed to unify a huge number of employees. They joined together with one goal-- get Dan out of the management chair and make things better at KOIN. For the first time in a long time, a majority of people got on the same page, got organized and achieved a collective goal. |

In Albuquerque, we unified with Dan to do our jobs and kick some butt...and we went from 3rd to 1st in the ratings.
