I don't know which side of the to-be-union or not-to-be-union you lie on, but we all benefit from they're being players in the company-employee relations game. If it wasn't for unions, we'd all still be working in sweat shops (literally) for meager pay and for long hours. If you don't have to pay for union dues, count yourself lucky, as you get the benefits of your company keeping pace with unionized shops,...and you don't even have to pay for it.
If they voted to unionize, then things were probably already pretty bad. Who are you to call them or the leaders of the union "humps"?
Way to go KOIN employees!
