People forget that this board is meant to be a place where we can bitch and moan about our situations, anonymously and with others in our field who may understand and have insight or just commisserate.
Too many posters here are more like amateur detectives, trying to figure out who is posting what and what jives with previous posts and such, so moronic.
(maybe they should change careers, get into law enforcement)
Unfortunately it is the pinheads who don't get it who are first to cast stones at those who do...and most likely they are just kids who have been in the biz for less than 5 yrs and don't know how much better it used to be. |

I do not recall reading much about anyone not liking Scott Matthews when he was ND at FOX 29. Matthews has always been very likeable, just not a strong manager.
The current ND however, is NOT likeable AND not a strong leader. For starters, she hides behind her managers and doesn't deal well at all with staff issues and problems.
I must have missed the posts you speak of that make fun of HG sexual preference. Most don't seem to care,
The only way it comes into play is when it affects the workplace--- she plays favorites with particular female staff, let's say.
Surrounds herself with female "managers" and has an unusual female personality preference.
by the way, The new set is tons better than the old one.
Not sure why you say previous posters comments don't wash.
Everyone here has their own opinion.
