it's true. It help to regulate the price of corn/wheat/whatever if the market is not flooded with it.
They could be paid to grow it and we could export to places like The Sudan, where people really need it.
But that would make sense. |

thousands of metric tons of surplus grain as it is. I'm sure you know that in the Sudan, getting that grain to the starving tribespeople is a terrible challenge, due to that evil, genocidal government. The U.S., of course, is the greatest exporter of surplus grains in the form of food aid by far.
