Topic Name: TV Broadcast actual control Message Name: Who runs BO&E? Date Posted: 06/09/2005 Message: Is it beneficial to have BO & E controlled by a chief enginner? Should a days broadcast content and live show content rest in the hands of technical staff? My experience is that new ideas and television production creativity should not depend on fitting into an engineering agenda or budget. Anyone have other opinions?
