Muffins? Cereal? Cheese? Corn and milk are in all of these things! Message: How mentioned soda, candy, pastries, muffins and cereal these all contain high fructose corn syrup as a sweetener. They don;t use sugar that much anymore - just corn syrup. made, most likely, from genetically modified corn.
