I thought all the pieces were really well done. Best work I've seen on SOC in awhile.
As for Washburn, the Walker piece looked like a rush job. It seemed like he cut and pasted his notes until the article was long enough.

Maybe he's the most expendable writer they've got?
More than likely he's the only person in that newsroom willing to risk his life to report this story.
This is his second trip over, BTW.
