How come millions of black kids are dying in Africa and we would not help. If blonde kids were dying in Africa we would have been there yesterday. |

the FBI doesn't deal with crimes that occur overseas.
There are some exceptions but I don't think millions of black kids dying in Africa has anything to do with the FBI.
