Obviuosly you are new to Charlotte. Ron Miller was the ND, later Station Manager at WBTV when the station went from number 1 in the market to number 2. His history in Charlotte is more about WBTV than his association with the cable news channel he ran after WBTV fired him.

I thought he was a very nice guy, and most news managers are not. Pleasant to work around and he seemed competent to me. I wish him well in his new job.
