Topic Name: KETV Sports Message Name: KETV Date Posted: 06/08/2005 Message: The station does well in the market. It is owned by Hearst-Argyle Television and they usually give their stations the resources they need to thrive. That said, WOWT-TV is a horserace with KETV to be the top-rated station in Omaha. KETV has two guys in their sports crew, WOWT has four. They are both good shops. Not sure on the pay but it is a great job, great news director, and great town, and a great place to live.
