Why are you lying like that. Yes, you say you don't care but answer this: why will the ratings for CNN, MSNBC & FOX go up double when the verdict comes down.
Yeah, you said you didn't care about OJ either but your
desire for celebrity lust made anchors and millionaires out of no-name lawyers and pundits.
Yeah, you said you didn't care about Jon Benet -- but I know you can't wait for the anniversary special speculating on who killed her.
It's funny, you do say you care about AIDS in Africa but when we give in to that --you can hear an echo of emptiness in Nielson Households Valley |

Here are some FACTS to consider:
In the past three years, according to the Pew Center for the People and the Press, the number of people who call themselves regular viewers of local television news has declined by 11%. In 1995, almost three-quarters of those surveyed (72%) said they watched the local news regularly. In 1998, fewer than two-thirds (64%) fell into the category of regular viewers.
Data collected for a study by the Project for Excellence in Journalism found a similar decline. Over a three-year period, the combined viewership of local news was down in almost three-quarters of the markets studied--in some cases by as much as 20 percent.
So.... is it too much coverage of the City Council??? To much AIDS in Africa coverage???
Let's look at the relationship here. More crap in newscasts, less viewers. Makes sense to me!!!!
