Matthews was listless in Philly, too nice and wanted to be buddies w/ everyone.

He is a nice guy, but it ends there.
No news or character judgement, and no real leadership skills.
Luke is still EPing evenings, and he promoted Sarah to EP of GDNY.
Other than that, it's a newsroom filled with cute girls, zero talent, and empty pockets.
Makes for a disgruntled crew and crappy ratings, I tell ya.
