and that your previous ND is giving you bad references.
I'm a bit unclear: Are the "bad ND" and your old boss who no longer works there one and the same person?
You need the reference name of a strong ally at that station. |

How can it be enforced? How can he be held to it? It can't and he won't stop.
I think yo uare putting too much weight into his influence.
If I follow your logic:
you go on an interview. everything goes well. and the interviewing station decides to ignore your listed references, and instead call a ND who you used to work for, even though he no longer works at the station where you reported to him.
They just happen to know the guy?
I think that's a stretch. More likely, you just haven't made the right connection with a station yet.
YOUR references need to be stronger too. I fthey are not calling them, its because the names are lightweights.
