How about sending a note the old fashioned way? Make it short and sweet. Include in the note your phone number and e-mail address to increase your odds of getting a reply.
In any case, if they truly like your work they'll get in touch with you.

ARE some ND's still alive who appreciate the personal touch..if your handwriting is legible, i might even be tempted to say write it in longhand..get an envelope, slap a stamp on it, and give it to uncle sam.. who knows???
