Purchasing directly from Ford, no on the police interceptor. The taxi configuration can be purchased.
Though old police cars are popular in the secondary (taxi) markets as used. Especially in the gypsy cab market here in NYC. I see lots of Crown Vics painted in familiar out-of-state trooper colors being used as cabs.

Might have great potential as a news vehicle. Low purchase price, durable, hose-out rubber floor, lots of room in the back. Plus its flat sides make great canvas for station logos.
