WFSB's coverage yesterday of storms, tornado watches, etc in northwest CT was laughable. I was home, personal day, storms expected all day....Newsradio 88 left little to the imagination on the drive from the city....WFSB got hammared...Bruce de-somebody got cut off in mid sentence when yaking about the impending electrical storm predicvted by every doppler in the hemisphere for approx 4-5p...WTNH had their wx guy LIVE...WVIT same. FSB...got their asses handed to 'em.
However -- they do on most big stories...it's an updated version of Action News....if it's a fender bender it's on 'Eyewitness News.' If it's imp. to you it's not on FBS...p[robably VIT.
Just a footnote...parts of CT are actually in the NY ADI...however, you'd think that news from Greenwich, Stamford and contogious towns didn't exist despite the fact that most of the power brokers live there, most of the wealth is centered there and more Fortune 500 companies HQ'ed there than exist in Houston, TX!

i've launched plenty o' criticism of WFSB, but are you serious about yesterday? did you not see the overnight numbers in CT? 25 share ... at 6pm on 3. they still own weather. What do you mean wvit and wtnh had live wx guys...so did 3. i am not sure what you were saying. they were first on with the tornado watch during soaps...
as far as stamford area...of course they ignore it...doesn't matter who lives there or not...it matters if sales can sell it & they can't if it ny market.
