..The KOIN employees who voted the union in at the worst possible time... or the Emmis suits who thought they could stop the yes vote by pushing all the managers out the door? Did they think it wasn't obvious that station management was carrying out corporate budget dictates over the past 5 years... when they handed out crummy raises and layoffs that led to more OT? Good luck in negotiations. There are losers on both sides of that negotiating table. |

it takes awhile to get a union vote passed - it was in the works when the suits were there and was certainly warranted. Good job all, and good luck.
